Jeremy and his team went above and beyond — switched our heating to a cheaper tariff, timed our hot water, and recommended a heat pump that cut our heating costs by 30%. Family-first, energy-smart, and genuinely local.

Jeremy and the team did a fantastic job installing down lights, all new power points and light switches, plus a few extras. His recommendation for down lights was spot on — take his advice.

FAQ

Common questions.

What size split system do I actually need?

It depends on room size, ceiling height, insulation, glazing and orientation — not just square metres. We do a proper heat-load calc rather than guessing, so you don't end up with an undersized unit that runs flat-out or an oversized one that short-cycles.

Reverse-cycle split, multi-head or ducted?

Single-room use: split. Open-plan or 2–3 rooms: multi-head or a larger split with strategic placement. Whole home with existing roof space: ducted. We'll walk you through the trade-offs and running costs before quoting.

What brands do you install?

Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Fujitsu and Panasonic — the brands we can actually get parts and warranty support for on the NW coast. We steer clear of budget brands with no local service network.

Are you licensed for refrigerant work?

Yes — ARCtick refrigerant handling licence held. We do the full job: electrical, refrigeration, brackets, condensate, commissioning. No sub-contracting the tricky bits.

Do you take away my old unit?

Yes — old unit removed, refrigerant recovered legally, and the whole lot disposed of properly. Included in every replacement quote.

How long does an install take?

Standard back-to-back split: 3–5 hours. Longer pipe runs, upstairs installs or multi-head systems: half a day to two days. We give an accurate time estimate before booking.

We're not the biggest sparkies in Tassie. We just want to be the ones you trust enough to ring twice.
